hey everyone i just changed out my exhaust with the american thunder cat back......sounds nice.....i was wondering though......when i bought the car one of the tailpipes stuck down more than the other one........well i swapped the whole catback out today....i was wondering why one would stick down more than the other one???? i want to make them even somehow...anyone got any suggestion on how to make them even...there kinda rubbin on the bumper...gt bumper...need to come up with something...any help greatly appreciated....:D

Auto parts store, buy a shorter hanger for the low one, swap'em out, call it a day :D

You might wanna loosen up that side when you hang it and then tighten it down while it's up snug. It's a pretty common issue with 'stangs.

its almost like the drivers side is a lil longer than the passenger side....it was the same with the old exhaust...i just wanna get them to look even.....one sticks half way down out the bumper and the other sticks down like 1/4" i dont get it....its all a whole bolt on exhaust...so its all factory made

Use a floor jack under the H of the H-pipe and bring it up a bit when tightening all the bolts up. I also use a pair of jackstands, one under each muffler. That way I know all my heights are right on when tightening. The farther you jack up the H-pipe, the more of the exhaust tips you'll see.

Drink a pot of coffee while eating a fiberous cereal to get things churning.

When the gas starts to smell like burning hair, deployment is immanent.

Grab a couple of stang magazines and head to the throne.
Note: If you start to feel voilently ill, bring your custom grab handles and install them on the side of the throne.

I better stop.
