I'd clean up the short side radius in the bowls and unshroud the intake valve somewhat in the combustion chamber. I'd also give the heads good three-angle seats and lap every valve in... If the intended use is a street motor, I'd be reluctant to hog the ports out where you favor volume over velocity.
Of course, if you're going with a twinscrew, you have more latitude. Keep in mind that even with stock cams and heads, a TS can easily overpower the factory bottom end so if you're planning on more than 450wHP and want to combine high flowing heads and cams with a TS, you're going to need a forged bottom end.
For a blower motor, you want either stock or stage 1 cams or "blower cams." For springs I'd consider Comp's high pressure beehive parts.
