Questionable....

i have an 03 gt,and i really wanted to install rear window louvers.
the only ones i could find were on american muscle.the price is reasonable at 300,but i am questioning the mounting hardware. 3m Adhesive Bonding Tape, Stainless Steel. the reason i have an issue is because i live in texas ,it gets really hot in the summer . so my issue is the 3m heating up super hot ..and loosing its stickyness ,then i go to drive and they come flying off. help?

Half of our cars are held together by 3m adhesive. It is very effective when done correctly. If you like the louvers (I don't but its your car) then go for it. Thats the only way to mount them short of custom fab and drilling holes.....

i see
iv done some minor work with the 3m before( "GT' emblems are black) and have held up pretty good.
ill be doing some more looking around, but i will probley go with those
