I am not wanting to go crazy here so I figured these would be the best way to go. But I do still have a couple of questions. Besides the sway bars my suspension is stock. I have never really messed with a Mustang suspension.

1- With this small drop will I need Caster/camber plates or offset bushings?
2- Stock shocks will be ok right?

Your taking a chance disagreeing with all of the experience on this site, but here goes. I put "B" springs on my 98. Took measurements on all 4 corners before I started. It dropped from 1.5 to 1.625 inches all the way around. Needless to say I was shocked because my original intent was to not buy C/C plates. I put on MM c/c plates because of this, since I wanted good alignment for $800 worth of tire on the ground and wanting to run the stock shocks at the factory ride position. I only have about 2 or 2 1/2 fingers of wheel-well clearance with 275's and only looks raked because of the body style, since clearances are equal all the way around. Moral of the story is: You probably won't know what your going to get until you do it.

I didnt use or need CC plates with my c springs. No coils cut
