Questions about my Marti report

I just got my Marti report on my 1968 S-code and it sais it had the Black stripes on the hood. All the cars I have seen this on are big blocks. Is it a big block only stripe? It also said it had wide oval tires but then it sais it had white wall tires also. So which one?

Stripes were on either big block or small block and the wide oval tires came with white sidewalls.
