So I bought a new MSD 6AL ignition box and can't wait to put it in, I know my car's basically all stock but it helped out my friend. Questions:

1. Where the !@#$ am I going to put it? There is absolutely no room under my hood. I could relocate the battery but that seems like a PITA.

2. I found the wiring harness for it in JEGS but it looks like its designed for the 87-93 crowd. Will it fit ours?

3. Will I feel any benefit from putting it on?

4. Does anyone have pictures of where they put it?

That's all I can think of now.

Wiring Harness here

Some guys put them where I did, some move the battery and put it around there, I've seen one put it in the glove box... it's really up to you.

Nevermind the question about the wiring harness I looked it up on the MSD website. I ordered that and their Super Conductor wires which are way expensive but it's cool, I always wanted them and my car will be MSD'd out. Able to handle 1,000 hp but is only makin 200.

I had mine under the passenger seat for about a year. When I got some Corbeau seats, it wouldn't fit there anymore, so I moved it under where the rear seat goes since I have a delete kit in there. So far I have had no problems with it.

I have seen some people put them on the black plastic firewall cover by the brake booster or on the inner fender by the cold air intake? Do they make much difference? I thought the 94-95 ingnition was better than the Foxes, unless it was a fairly mod'd motor.

Yeah the stock ignition in our cars is more than sufficient at the power levels most people are putting down. But I guess if you plan on going wild some time in the future it cant hurt.

I also had a box under the passenger seat. You can snake the wiring along the stock looms in the rocker and then out the hole under the seat [for the power-seat connector].

The passenger fender well area would probably work ok too (if you dont need to access the pots on the box itself). WHen I got the car, the PO had a box under the CAI (where the stock airbox was). It got baked in that location.
