I have a 97 gt and i want to do the pi head swap and have just about every bolt on. I just bought the car the way it sits with all the bolt ons on it and its not nearly fast enough. i was wondering who has the best pi heads for the money. i want some that are ported and assembled. i was looking at the gtr high performance ad and they have a stage 2 head kit but i dont know anything about it. If anyone has done it or have some knowledge on who has the best assembled heads let me know.

a bit pricey, but the they are pretty much the best flowing p&p heads on the market for gt's. plus there is no core charge

i got my foxlake heads all assembled and ready to bolt in. ofcourse i paid top dollar to have them assembled, and fox isnt cheap to beginwith.

vt ad foxlake are the same, fox ports for both companies. just to let u know.

i got a custom stage 1 blower cam, which gets less power then regular cams. i picked up 35rwhp and 21 rwtq. that is over my previous pi heads, you will gain alot more over your non pi set up.

Dont bother with the port and polish, it wont add more than 10-15 as opposed to regular PI heads...unless you are gonna run a power adder in the future. A better investment would be stock PI heads, a VT stage 2 cam, and some LT's. All that together will still be cheaper than a port and polish pi head and end up giving you way more power.

That's what I've got. I'm close to 300rwhp now.

might as well throw a nitrous kit on afterwards if you need more power
