I have about 450 in mine.
That is for the crossmember, kickdown cable, flexplate, shift rod converson, and having the drive shaft shortened. I got the block plate, AOD converter cover and yolk for free.
If you are interested I will sell the kick down cable, it is the lokar stainless and I still have the all the info that came with it. I am swaping to a 5.0 and will use the factory cable. Just PM me.
i spent a litlle more on mine. at the time they didn't sell the conversion kits so i had to have a place make a cross member and make the cable for the tranny. then i went and bought a aluminum driveshaft. pressure adjustment after the rebuild of the AOD ...i spent around 600-700.
