quick clutch question

I have been looking at a new clutch since i have the motor out of the car, but Ads dont specify 6 or 8 bolt. Is this only for the flywheel, and then the 99-04 is the same clutch as long as its 10.5 or 11 depending on ur flywheel.

The 6 or 8 bolt is for the flywheels. 96- should have the same clutch, as long as its the same T45 transmission. Or T3650 if you're newer. Good luck! GT clutches are 10.5" Cobras are 11"

Now when did the 11in. clutches start in the Cobra's? 96 or 99?

the t-3650 in the gt has a 11 inch clutch too.

99-00 gt's has a 8 bolt flywheel 01-04 has a 6-bolt

and no they are not the same if your car has a t-3650 you need a 11 inch clutch the spline is the same but it has too be 11 inches. if you have a 99,01 cobra you need a 11 inch clutch too..
