QUICK Help! Exhaust hanger Direction?? Trans mount!!

I have that plate with the two rubber hangers sitting there, but i cant deicde on which is the proper way to put this piece in..does the "tang" point up or down? does the flat part go in the front or back??? Thanks i have the exhaust ready to bolt up, hopefully before dark if i get an answer soon...

one "curl goes up and the other goes down..and one sits higher than the other..it was a total PITA but i finally got the summit H pipe and flowmaster thunder series catback installed..and BTW the tang went up(i smashed it level so i wouldent have to F with it) and the flat part goes toward the front..i think. Hopefully this will help someone else out in a search
