Quick Help!!!Istalling intake

At the rear of the block should I use a bead of silicone and the Cork of the Silicone by itself and do I cover that little hole you see there next to the head .

Dont cover the hole in the block, it doesnt go anywhere anyway. On mine I used the rubber gasket and a bead of silicone on top and bottom, hasnt leaked in 3 years.

What Jon said, use both.

I would only use both if you have rubber gaskets. Use all RTV if you have cork gaskets. Reason is the rubber holds its self in place better than the cork. The cork gaskets can literally slide out from in between the intake and block.
