Quick ? how to do a compression test on 99 GT and results

It indicates a problem internally, but if the car is running well and not blowing smoke I wouldnt choke on it. Mine uses about 1 quart per 3k miles also.

Its not a good thing, but it doesnt mean your engine is going to fail anytime soon necesserily.

Screw it man. 30 psi is the limit as far as difference, but I think you should just drive it until the cows come home. It seems like the rings in that one cylinder are slightly worn. Nothing to **** over. If it burns oil, run a oil catch can along with some 10w-40 weight oil. That will minimize the oil getting past the rings.

Just drive the car and enjoy
