Quick manifold question

I bought a new TrickHO manifold kit but my question is how do I get my old manifold bolt off...the 4 that are holding the Throttle body and spacer, how do I get them off with out ruining the threads, do yu know what I,m talking about there are four bolts that the TB and spacer SLIDE over. 87 gt restoration project.

I just did mine about an hour ago. All I did was take some vise grips to the non threaded part to take them off. They came off really easy. There is also a tool that does it. But you don't need it. It is a stud remover by the way.

I never did it with this application but you could use two nuts. Screw them together. Turn the bottom nut counter clockwise. Should come right out.

that is how I would've done it if the vise grips didn't work. Either way should work fine though.
