quick question about fuel pressure

Could be wrong but I would think that would create More backpressure? Depends if it is before or after the filter right?

I don't consider pressure and volume to be proportionally related at all.

A clogged filter would likely affect both volume more than pressure but if clogged enough, pressure drops. A kink in the link can create high pressure even though volume is down.

I find it easy to ponder when using a garden hose as an example.
