Just double checking myself but don't these valve cover gaskets have the metal ring built in and are reusable? I need new ones and can't stand cork and my rubber ones are shot.

I have the blue rubber fel pro ones w/ the metal inside. I think they were around $35.00, and obviously are reusable.

Yes they are resuable.

I personally run summit rubber valve cover gaskets(20.00).I need the extra clearance for my rr on my setup..Steel core and no leaks.

I got some Felpros from Autojunk last night. They're listed as the heavy duty reusable gaskets, they're blue silicone rubber with a metal core...that way you can really tighten them up nice without them squishing out the sides and leaking. They were $26 though

I have these on my 90 and my 68, along with the same type of oil pan gasket on both cars. These are awesome. They cost a bit, but they are worth it IMHO. I will never put anything else besides these on a car that I care about.

No Ford that I own will ever have anything but the reusable VC gaskets. My 93 came with them stock and a buddy gave me a set for my 88. It makes working on the car so much easier and cheaper in the end since you don't have to replace the cheapo cork gaskets everytime. That and they don't leak or weep oil like the cork ones do.
