What do you think the average time a header install is

Shorty headers? Couple hours, max. Long tubes? Can't say, haven't done it. Some require breaking loose your engine mounts to get them in.

Mine took about 3 hours.. But I changed and gap'd some plugs. cleaned the welds on the flange to header tubes. and I also took my time and realy cleaned the surface on the heads with a biscuit on the die grinder...
