Quick! rust on h-pipe?

I need an answer quick! Is rust bad on an h-pipe, i was looking at buying one, but it is slightly rusted, although there are no holes in it. Would it be ok?

I wouldn't buy it. Rust is shady, especially if you live in a climate that rusts things. It could just be surface rust or it could be starting to go deep. It sounds too sketchy for me...

I would offer him 40 for it since its rusted. I would look at it this way, you are getting an h pipe for 40 bucks, if it rusts out, oh well, you're out 40 bucks. If it doesn't, you saved yourself a bit of money that could go into other mods.
