Ok so when I got my car so jacka** had the radiator wire tied in. Well I finally got a set of the upper brackets and when I try to install them my radiator is like three inches off from where it is supposed to be. Shifted to the pass side. Oh yea and it is in the lower slots with some extra cushion. any ideas on what the problem could be?

Thanks,
Nate

wrong radiator i believe. the 1996 mustang has a different radiator than the 97 and up and if i remember right the mounts are different as well. i would try to find a part number on it and see if it is the right one. he might have put in a 96 radiator from a junk yard or something and that is why he had it tied in. but make sure that you are also in the holes down in the support brace.
