I’m looking at getting some sort of radiator cover like this one. Do these covers provide any airflow/cooling benefit, or are they purely cosmetic? That gap between the front and header panel seems like a place for air to escape and not be streamlined.
Cosmetic really. I've been debating one. heard fitament can ben hit or miss.
Downside is if your headlight bulbs burn out, it makes replacement tricky. Either use a sort of removable rivet, or change all 6 bulbs before you install and hope it's not a problem for a long time.
I’ve had that in my “cart” a few times, only to think better of where I can spend $100.
Some day it will go on though. I think they look great with a black engine compartment.
