radiator/overheating ?

Radiator fan quit working this morning and car overheated, got the fan working but now the radiator is still steaming after it runs for 5mins or so. Gauge never goes past N in normal but radiator gets hot. Pulled the t'stat and still smae problem. So radiator or water pump? No leaking from water pump, I am thinking the radiator may be stopped up. With out the t'stat in I can see some water movement just not alot and the fluid is overflowing with the cap off and when I put the cap back on, I can still see it coming out the seep hope on o.f tank.

All from the radiator, temp gauge never gets past N in normal. After it sat for a couple hours the water in the radiator is rust color, I am guessing maybe just full of rust. I can get it powerflushed and pressure tested for $30 gonna try that first

When it overheated did it spray coolant all over? Is it just burning the leaked coolant off?
