Radiator problem and can't figure it out...help please

I have a problem with keeping my radiator fluid full. After driving several miles and checking it again it's 3/4 empty and the resevoir is empty. There are no leaks what so ever from anywhere and no fluids are getting into the block/oil.

I've been told that when I take off it looks like water is dumping from both exhaust. The temp gauge will almost bury itself like it's running hot...I've replaced the temp gauge but it doesn't seem to be the problem.

Anyone have any ideas why I'm going through so much fluid in my radiator ?
I'm really confused on this one.

could be a head gasket. coolant may be coming into a cylinder thru a bad gasket and then out the back. get a leak down test done

Pull your dipstick, if it looks like chocolate milk on the end of it, you've got a blown head gasket.

It's either intake gaskets, or head gaskets if coolant is finding its way into your combustion chambers and out the tailpipes.
