Radiator question.....

I havent tried to take off the radiator cover yet and I was wondering if their is radiator cap under it or do you have to add through the overflow? I was going to add some redline water wetter and I didnt want to take a chance breaking any clips off the cover. Thanks

you have to add it to the overflow, but not sure it will do much good in there.. you may want to drain a little out and then dump some in.. wetter is not a bad idea.. I dumped in something like it.. these things heat up too much.. they must have used a honda radiator ..

I figgured as much. My Silverado has the same cooling setup. I had to fill the overflow then drain it down and fill the overflow back up. Kinda a PITA but worth it in the long run. Thanks

just dont look at the price of the frpp radiator----over $600!!!
