Ram Air vs Cold Air

What size should one get with cams? My plan is to keep the car N/A but get all the bolt ons: TB, plenum, manifold, stage II heads, cams, l/t's and H-pipe along with a tune of course. But with the route I plan which tb would be best? I'll probably leave it until after the cams anyway and in fact would like to do the tb, plenum and manifold all at the same time.

No No No The stock throttle is 60mm. I know it is in the book how to build a max-performance 4.6 liter ford engines. it is on page 44
