ran 14.7.... add gears now what?

my buddy ran a 14.7 last nite in his stock auto 1995 gt .....if he got 3:73's or 4:10's as opposed to his stock 2:73's or w/e it is.....what kind of time slips could he be looking at?

I would guess like 14.3's...

But the temperature was like 30* hotter.

My 60 ft. was 2.2 on street tires and gunning from an idle. The stock converter sucks.
