Hey guys has anyone had any luck contacting Randalls rack and pinion.. I have emailed several times and also left a couple messages on his answering machine but have heard nothing back...Was wanting to purchase one of his rack and pinions..hope this is not a omen!!
I just bought a r+p from him last month. He was very helpful and easy to deal with. He was also very busy on the phone when I called him, but was always quick to answer my e-mails. I hope that he gets back to you because the unit is very nice and complete. I don't have any tips for getting ahold of him. Did you use the contact form on his website? I just e-mailed him from my account. Good luck!
FINALLY got through to him on the phone...got rack ordered..should be shipped out next week..He was very helpful on the phone and although I dont think there will be any problems with the rack I feel confident IF there is that he will do whatever it takes to remedy them..also got a set of Cobra front caliper brackets from him..
