alright i did a complete tune up at the end of last summer:
new spark plugs, wires, cap and rotory button

well now the the rpms are jumping and acting like its misfiring,,,this occurs when cruising at 2k rpms and it gets bad when i get on it or when ever it raises over 3k rpms

what do you guys think it is... i've looked over all the plug wires theres none that are burnt and the cap and rotory look fine too

did i foul a plug

Start with the regular stuff, check fuel pressure, check for codes. Could also be a sign of a failing PIP or coil. Does it run okay when the engine is cold then act-up when it gets hot?

check your PCV valve and PIP. mine has been acting the same way lately too.

make sure injectors are hooked up.

thanks for the help guys

it acts up when hot and cold

wats the best way to check the pip and pcv valve

i do have the CEL but when i tried to pull codes it said i didnt have any
the light will come on and go off now while driving

well its storing codes. they are there you probably need a better scanner.
