Soak in Marvel Mystery oil or take them to a machine shop.

Try vinegar.
Soak 'em for a couple days.

Have you measured the bores? I'm wondering if someone put a standard ring set on 0.030" over pistons.

pull the spout connector and it may start. Mine did.
