Its weird, this is the second SVO I have seen with headlights like that. Im not talking the shape, Im talking the center of the 3 lights on each side. Up until recently I have only seen ones that were set back into the bezel. I have only seen two with the flush center headlights...

i've seen only 2 svo mustangs in person and both have had the flush center lights... the only cars i've seen with the headlights set back have been on the internet.

The flush headlights are 85 1/2 and 86 I believe. The early models (84 and Pre 85 1/2) have the sealed beam headlights that are sunk in.

As for the car... I have ALWAYS wanted an SVO. Even with the history of my car (1 owner being my dad, then me), I would almost trade mine for a nice, clean, unmoletesed one JUST like that. So hard to resist.

Ahh I knew there had to be a point where they changed them. Weird that I have only seen the sunken headlights in person until I went to Mustang Week and saw a grey one with the flush lights!
