Rattle from tranny, help.

Last october I replaced my clutch, flywheel, throw out bearing, throw out bearing retainer, etc. I replaced all but my clutch fork. Now I have a squeak just like it used to do, even though I bought a steel throw out bearing retainer. On top of that, I have a rattle. The rattle stops when I push in the clutch, so Im thinking its the throw out bearing. My reasoning is that when it was apart, I noticed my clutch fork was decently worn where it rubs the throw out bearing. I went ahead and reused it, because I had to get the job done and couldnt wait for a new part. Does that sound like what you all might assume could be the culprit? Any opinions are greatly appreciated before I buy new parts and tear it apart again. :nonono:

Are the clutch forks in our cars the same as fox clutch forks? The guy at Jegs says his computer states their clutch fork only works with 79-93 T-5's, but he thinks it would work in a '95... Plus, Jegs has choices of throw out bearing retainers for 79-93, and then 94-95 seperately. Is there really a difference? The ford racing throw out bearing says it works with 79-95 T-5's. How can one piece work with all, but the peice it slides on is year specific?
