Re-Doing door panels

You can get the board at most crafts stores, while you are there get some 3m super 99 adhesive, a good staple gun, whatever material you want to cover the panels with, and some thin foam. Use the old board as a template for the new, cut it out and rivet it to the metal part of your door panel. Rivet some new belt moldings on as well. Use the spray to hold the foam on the panel, then trim out all the holes needed. Use the spray to place the material on top of the foam, stretch the material so it wraps around the back of the board, then use the staples to hold it all in place.

Truth be told though. You will end up spending just about as much money to make the panels as you would if you bought the ones from 50resto...and you won't have to go through the trouble of doing what they already did.
