ooookay! Now that I have disconnected almost everything, I just need one more thing. I did not foresee the parking brake thing, so what is the best way to remove it? Do I need to take apart the drum brake assembly so that I release the cable? Is there an easier way to disconnect them? I just want to get that old rear end outta there!!! At least something will finally looked completed. It is a 1967 I6 converted to a v8. The drums i bought from a buddy of mine (from this forum naturally) has cables attached already. Do I use the one already in my car, or use his? thanks guys.
