anyway i know aftermarket intake manifolds are useless unless you have a blower and will make you lose low end power with just bolt ons but what if you have cams? do they work well with cams or am i going to have the same results at the low end? im not planning on revving past 6200 either so i wont gain that high end hp either..

only reason i ask is because i may just have a way to get my hands on the BBK 4.6 intake mani and if i get it i want to know if ill be losing my power down low..id hate to have to go through all this crap on getting it then lose power once its on..

negatory..i need to change my sig bad lol...i sold it to my friend marshell in exchange for cams and a crap ton of suspension...im going road course mode and the blower would be great for it but i see cams helping me better and keeping me in the limited power range i they give you...im going more for handling then power right now

are you talking about this manifold?

BBK 4.6L Dual Stage Intake Manifold - JEGS

I talked to someone at BBK about it a few months ago and they said you can tune the butterflies to adjust the runner length and open up as your RPMs increase.
