any ever done this on a 01+ GT??? i was curious if it would work on my car. i think it would be cool to see just what rpms my car is at and such.

It'll work on all 99-04 cars. It's what I used to reset my needles after I installed my white face gauges.

The only cars that you'll find people fitting them too are 1.4 litre Nova's


However each to his own, although all the ones I've seen always have a delay and only update every .5 - 1 second where as a dial reads all of the time.

The digital gauges referred to here are not the every day pep boys super-sport compact ultra performance type-r xxb374 r/t digital gauges. These are a diagnostic type output of the actual senders digital signal.

The ones built into the instrument cluster in the 99-04 mustang are what the needles use to get their readings and update many times per second. Itll show you how much your physical needle is really off.
