Who can say this wouldn't look sick in a blue and white Cobra:

http://www..com/aurora/gallerydetails.php?session=ae51a9b8

Some dude named Michael Camilleri designed these I guess.

I don't like them, and the company whose website they're on is going to get sued soon.

These gauges look like the cheapie gauges. I wouldn't trust their accuracy as versus those of Autometer, etc. You're not buying a retrofit for your gauges, you're buying overlays for ricer gauges.

On a classic Cobra/Shelby restomod? Yes.. On a '93 Cobra? no!

I personally don't like them, also they don't all need a cobra on them. Get rid of the cobra's on them and they would be all right

No, if you look at the website its a completely new set of gauges with a sending unit and everything. And they're all made in the same factory dude, don't kid yourself.

This is false, sorry.

If you'd like a customizable gauge that is well built (but isn't cheap, either), look into www.speedhut.com

I had a line made for my business, producing a replica for the S197 Roush Mustangs.

Dude those "speedhut" gauges look CHEAP. Autometer even looks higher quality than they do. So they have the "INDIGLO" look - that's about the cheesiest thing I've ever seen. I can's imagine trying to drive at night with thgose things all glowing at me like that. I'm into the more vintage look, not the "nightrider" look. Why don't you get some of those "70's alarm clock" green dakota digital gauges while you're at it.

Again, false. But I'm not going to waste any time arguing quality. Trust me, I see my fair share of gauges, and know the difference well.

You should know EL lighting didn't exist back in the Knight Rider days. It's used in plenty of production vehicles and aftermarket gauges. Could you not imagine driving an 03 Cobra at night? Same thing...

BTW, what exactly do you think the "Aurora light ring" is?

Not sure why you chose to be so defensive, really. Don't put something on a forum if you don't want opinions which vary from your own.

For the record, I don't think those Aurora gauges would look good in any Cobra, of any vintage. It's a perfect example of an item you see at car show and think "he should have just stopped before this".

As you know, opinions are like...

I think they look classy and really good. I'd buy some if I was in the market for 'em.

Incredibly tacky.

And if you want them, buy them now. Because as soon as Carroll Shelby hears about them, the company is toast.

Troll much TenaciousM? Let's see...

nslookup for The Hoffman Group IP:
70.102.94.134

Your IP:
70.102.94.130

What happens if you plug the IP of 70.102.94.130 into the address bar? It brings you to The Hoffman Group main page. That's why you're so defensive, you're trying to spam your company.
