Whenever I go over a bump or ditch in the road my tire (a 275/40R17) hits the fender lip . . .this is even after I rolled the inner fender lip. Will an air bag (maybee 1 in each side) help this??
Dont know about 1" air bags but, granatelli motorsports makes Lower control arms that has an adjustable spring perch. you can raise the ride hight 2" or lower it 1" just by using a 1/2" dr wratchet. You can find them at summit. I have them on my 90 and they work really well. I had a tire rub issue with my 275 50 15's but only after I lowered it. What back spacing do your wheels have? Mine were 5.5. If yours are less than that you may need to roll the fender lips even more. my car isnt for show so I just beat the fenders outward with a sledge hammer until there was no longer a clearance issue.
