Rear axle alignment (need opinions)

I just got the car (1991 Hatch 5 speed )aligned and found out that the rear axle is "out of toe" by 3/16." The torque boxes have been shredded and repaired but it appears that they were welded while still slightly bent.

1. Should I get adjustable upper and lower control arms in order to align it properly?
Please note that I just bought new Pro3i lowers and heavy duty Ford uppers so I'd be replacing new parts.

2. Also it seems that the rear axle not being aquare could cause a driveline vibration (which I have). Agreed?

Any other thoughts?

Both rear tires are square with one another its the entire rear axle is angled due to bent/torn torque boxes.

I'd like to open this up for further discussion related to mysterious rear end vibrations. I've read hundreds of posts related to ridding vibrations from our cars but I'm really wondering how much a "torqued" rear axle would influence driveline vibrations. I have not read about anybody checking this out.

Any more ideas, even better, anybody have any experience?
