Ok my mac cat back shifted and hit the rear brake line thats go across the axle. It snapped the line and all im looking for is a new line so I can fix it. I looked on ebay, rock auto, and 50 resto.com and found nothing? Can i just make the line myself of do I have to take it to a shop? I like my mac cat back it just still needs more adjusting. Any tips on how to move the system so it's not so close to the axle?

Brake line work is NOT fun bro. Let me tell you unless you can find prebent direct fit sections your in for a pain in the ass. The way to do it being that im sure Ford doesnt off prebent lines anymore is to go to the auto parts store. They sell brake line in huge sections, you then bend to fit. Your gonna need unions as well (male and female). This is where it gets sketchy. You need to know how to flare lines which im sure you dont know how to do nor do you have the double flare tools. I suggest you have a mechanic fix this for you dude. Unless you know how to flare and have a buddy to bleed the brakes your kinda f'ed.

You can buy Pre Bents from a place like In-Line Tube if you dont feel like trying to fab your own.

Well I sent them an email because I'm not paying $155 for the new lines because I only need one. We will see if they can hel me out if not I would rather make my own. I'm not spending that much money on a mistake lol..

I'd go to the junkyard and get it. But depending on where you live, sometimes thats not possible.

I bought a single line from In Line Tube for about 25 Bucks, you can send them your old line even if it is broken and they will replicate it.
