Hi I was wondering if anyone knew if the bottom of the bumper in this picture is a vinyl or if it is painted. I saw one Mustang in town a few days ago with it black too so im thinking its a vinyl. If it is does anyone know where i can get it?

im pretty sure they came like that for a couple of years. not sure which ones. I think its just unpainted.

I saw a slammed white sn98 with no wing and deep dishes on the highway with that blacked out part, and it made me wanna sell my car and buy a white one.

I sell them for both the 94-98 and the 99+. Here's one on my last GT:

Later I shaved the bumper and painted the area unlike anyone else:
