Rear coil over kit

I'm searched past thread and couldn't seem to find much on this.
I'm building a outlaw 10.5" car(see how that works) anyway I can't seem to find a good "bolt-in" coil over kit for drag race use. Is coil over a-lot better than the standard spring on control arm setup? Can you guys/gals give me the ups an downs on both. Whats the largest tire I can get under there with the coil overs...
Anyone have pictures of there own setups? Suggestions?
