rear controll arm bushing question

I can I tell if the bushings are bad.? Is it something I would be able to see or is there some sort of test? Thanks

You should be able to see some rubber bulging out, looking quite rotted if they're bad. I'm assuming you're referring to the upper control arms, since I see in your sig that you have the BBK lowers, which more than likely have polyurethane bushings.
