Rear end noise?

I have a whine coming from my car under load from 40mph to about 60 mph. Would this be my 4.10 FMRP gears or the axle whine that they have a TSB out for?

since you changed gears, the TSB wont be performed under warranty. my guess is that it is in the gears anyway, because they were not properly installed. the 05+ rear ends are a pain to get perfect. any shop that has worked on lots of S197s will tell you this.

yup that would be your whine. It took me 5 times to get mine right.

What pisses me off is that my shop said it was normal.
