1999 mustang gt whining noise

I have a whining electrical noise coming from the front. Only happens when i press on the gas. Doesnt happen when im idling or when i rev. Not sure what it could be.

Likely a pulley? Csan you pop the hood and have someone rev the engine and se if oyu can pinpoint it?
