rear end??

i have a chance to buy a complete rear end (new) from a fox body 8.8 the question is, is this the same rear end that is in my car ('03 gt)? thanks in advance.

The differential I believe is the same, but if you get a complete rear end with axles and all you'll have issues considering fox body's were four lug.

I suggest picking up a nice posi unit and some strong axles for a bit more money and be done with it.

sorry my wording sucks...its the diff and the gears "pumpkin guts" all new for $150

That's a great price, the gears alone cost that. I'd pick it up and sell them elsewhere and buy good stuff for ride.
