rear fuel lines

so yesterday I happened to find that my fuel lines that go from the fuel filter to the tank has a bigger hose clamped over another hose and it's so close to the exhaust, what's the fix for this is it a spring connector that I'm missing I'll post a few pictures

Good god that’s janky.

Yes it’s a push connect type of fitting. I believe dorman sells a replacement

Those are what the fittings look like

then whatever they connect to is missing, one end just has rubber line with hard plastic inside cause I have the clips on the fuel filter where does that line on the left go to

I pretty sure that's what it is so it goes from fuel filter to tank then back towards the front so yes return line lol

The efi fuel system routes from the in tank pump through the filter to the engine then back to the tank.

once I get the lines pulled out you will know right away what it's missing but I have a female end when undo the clamps
