go to a local stereo shop and ask about replacement grills. I got a pair of ovals from my backs for 20 bucks. Many times this mount them in factory locations and they keep the grills.

I wish someone would start manufacturing a plastic rear quarter that is designed for putting rear speakers in the convertible. If you haven't experienced this already those narrow strips of plastic/fiberglass are quite vulnerable. Mine came back broken from a shop where I believe they were at least moderately careful, but it was only a matter of time. You might try preemptively reinforcing it. I been told it's not a difficult repair to do a fiberglass patch but I don't know.
