Rear Seat delete ...SHOW EM OFF !!

Hey, sorry it took so long to get the pictures.

I still need to carpet it and run the wiring a little bit more cleanly, but this is how it will look until spring. It is a 1500W RMS Class D MTX amp and a 1500W RMS 12" audiobahn sub. Only 1000W because of output resistance of the amp and input of the sub. Still, at 1.5 feet from my head it is way too much.

Aftermarket seats...found a set on Sparco that weighed 4lbs each so ,....do the math....move your battery to the rear, gut your trunk, RSD and new front seats and you're looking at a good deal of weight reduction. I THINK..!! I figure with my engine and my 50 shot, and the weight reduction, I should be able to hang with some heavly modded gt's no prob...since the KB venture is on hold right now..DAMN DIVORCE IN CALI.......im getting A** raped by the courts

depended on the wood used ..yes they are I speak from experience with the last mustang.......they can hold 355 lbs worth of weights..( bought a weight set) just get a thicker wood ..BUT YOU HAVE TO MAKE IT YOURSELF, for an application like that

Anyone ever get one of these RSDcustom ones before the guy disappeared?

I'm trying to find a place that does wood scrolling that can copy it - if not I'll attempt it myself with a dremel tool. When finished I'll cover it in the same charcoal microfiber suede as the Corbeau's I have.

The little bit of weight-loss that I got from swapping front seats and pulling the rears is nice, but more importantly, with the rear seat delete it actually serves more utility than having the unused seats back there. You can store important tools or anthing back there, and have a nice flat bench surface for items to sit and ride. I just think its cleaner looking and more useful.
