rear shocks and spring

rears are easy.its really just a remove and install thing.have the rear of the car on jack stands remove the nut that holds the shock in place.(trunk on notches in the hatch are on lx's/gt's).support the rear so it doesnt drop hard and let it lower as far as it will go.you can remove the quads to get more room and the spring should fall out and when it does un bolt the shock from the bottom and its out.than putting them in is just as easy.the fronts thats another story. do a search theres alot of info on here about this. phil

Yup, what he said. Rears are simple.

When i do springs, i remove the rear swap bar. I put the read body on jackstands and support the center pumpkin with the jack. I then unbolt the quad shocks and main shocks (or in your case take the main shocks off). Then i put some blocks under one side of the axle and lower the other side down and you can take the spring out by hand. Jack the axle back up, put some blocks under that side and then lower the other side down and change the spring. Then jack the axle up even and rebolt the quad shocks on and then install the main shocks
