Hello all. I have rear 6x9 speakers and front round speakers in the kick panel. Problem is, you can only hear the high notes. Everything sounds great when the car is off (everything is working properly), but when its on, the engine drowns out the mids and lows, I cant turn the radio up because the hi's kill my ears. I'm looking for a good 6x9 that has no hi's. This would allow me to turn the radio up and not feel like a screwdriver is being forced into my ear. I'm not looking for an amp and all that jazz (been there done that), just a real good mid,low range 6x9. I have 3 way pioneers now. I disabled the tweeter... still wanna kill myself and cry when I turn the radio up cuz of the hi's. Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks!
