I bought a set of MM adjustable rear control arms and the rear end keeps dropping too low to keep the springs in. The springs when I jack the adjusters up doesnt let the spring sit nice and flush on the bottom. The pigtail on the bottom of the spring is jacked up a little. All control arms are in, just all bolts are loose. Have I got something wrong? Pics can be provided if needed.

Lol, I didn't realize the rear shocks played that big of a role in supporting the rear end when weight is off the rear axle. That and I had the adjustable lowers all the way down. Actually put the lowers first, then springs, followed by moving the adjusters till the springs had tension then a few more rounds for the time being.

Never done mustang suspension before either.

+1 for getting excited. It's been two years since this cars been running, and it's day is close. Heres a pic to relieve some of my stupidity lol. This is why I'm excited.

LOL, I did a spring swap a couple of years ago on my '88. I did remember to hook up the rear shocks when I was done.

BUT! I did not remember to disconnect the brake line assembly from the differential before lowering the axel.

Yep rip the lines right off. LOL
