Rear suspension popping noise

I have had this noise going on for over 2 months and i just cant figure it out. Whenever i leave from a stop, you can hear a popping noise in the rear suspension and it usually pops 3 times, and then when i shift to second you can hear it again, most of the time it happens when im turning left.....any clue as to what this could be?

Popping....

I had the same problem a while ago. It is probably your upper control arms. The rubber bushings are shot. Replace them with new FRPP ones for best results.

see if there is any play in the drive shaft. may be u joint time

And check torque boxes to be safe.

when you get on and off the throttle does the rear of the car feel like it moves around, thats what mines does and the poly bushings are totally shot, time to just get the steel ones and get it over with..

+1. The Sypherical's arent near as "noisy" on the street as some people think.
